Credits, welcome bonus and purchases
Check your balance, buy packages and track credit usage.
How to use it, step by step
- New accounts receive 10 welcome credits once when their email is confirmed. Accounts created already confirmed also qualify; signing in again does not renew the bonus.
- In My Credits, check your balance, transaction history and available packages. Credits granted by the administrator appear in the same wallet.
- Choose a package and review its price and credit count before proceeding to Stripe Checkout. Use an offered payment method; Pix depends on availability at checkout.
- After paying, check the purchase and balance. If still pending, use Verify payment before trying another purchase. Credits belong to the account that started the purchase, not the email entered at checkout.
- Financial and result evolution charts have separate plans, prices and expiry dates. Activating one does not unlock the other; tools in free mode require no redemption.
Good to know
Wallet credits are separate from the simulator’s virtual balance. The welcome bonus is not retroactive for accounts confirmed before its rollout; package and tool prices are those displayed when purchasing or activating.
