Account and profile: access, password recovery, and identification in the chat
Learn which features require a session, how to recover access, and where to edit your profile information.

It is possible to view the history and read the guides without logging into the account. An active session unlocks controls such as filters, calculator, Fixed Column, lab, and statistics. When an area shows Please log in to continue, use the login screen and then return to the desired function.
Choose an access option
Open Sign In and use one of the available options. If you don’t have an account yet, the application also offers registration. When accessing via a provider, complete the authentication and wait to be redirected back to the site before trying to use a protected control.
A session may expire. If a feature asks for login again, confirm you are still logged in before interpreting the message as a tool failure. On shared devices, log out when finished.
Recover your password
For an account with a password, open Recover password, enter the corresponding email, and follow the sent instructions. Also check the spam folder. Use the access flow corresponding to how your account was created; email recovery does not replace authentication via an external provider.
Never send passwords, access codes, or recovery links in chat or contact forms. These details are not needed to describe a navigation issue.
Update your profile
In account editing, check available fields such as nickname, name, avatar, and color. Review the information and save. A profile change is for identification purposes; it does not change history results.
It is also important to distinguish the account from local storage. Lab notes and some preferences are stored in the browser. Logging in with the same user on another device does not guarantee these data will be there. Before clearing the browser, preserve any information you may need to access later. The access guides help locate the related controls.
